If my attention, looking forward to me of the good things in my life (and there are many every day), I get automatically more beautiful than I look forward to. Simply because I radiate joy and gratitude, even more gratifying is to me.
When I radiate but rejecting it, just concentrate on the things in life that go wrong, just look at the problems, if and I get more things go wrong because I radiate negative and rejection.
Our world is always a perfect mirror image of ourselves. Everything is our responsibility and nothing is our fault.

What we can be grateful every day in life?
What can we in our city, country, continent to be very grateful?
But at least we have a war.
Who's carefully through life to see, as much as we can be grateful.
I'm still grateful for:
- that I have good friends
- that these friends are helpful
- that I can help them
- we have beautiful weather
- I'm healthy
- that I read can not and am not blind
- that I have nimble fingers to write .....
the list can be endless.
